Not too many of these to start, but here's an important one:
1- I'd like to get all role-plays for a show done by Friday morning. This will give me ample time to simulate and post results for Friday afternoon or night.
2- Keeping #1 in mind, if you have a great story idea for a show, don't start it on a Friday morning as most people won't have a chance to react to it. I'll try to get new show threads started the second after I post results for the previous show, this will give us all plenty of time to flesh out a card for Friday.

Are there any conditions about speaking for the wrestlers of others?

As long as you don't completely bury them and keep it in character, it's all good.
It's also a good idea to communicate with the owner of the character to discuss this type of thing.

I assume the same is applied if you're going to attack them during the promo? No "Liftor cries like a little girl" and stuff like that?

Exactly, unless it's been agreed to beforehand, I wouldn't make another person's character look weak. If you make him look strong and keep him in character, there shouldn't be a problem, but it's always best to get confirmation before you do so.
