This week's show comes to you from Mile One Stadium in St-John's Newfoundland. There are 5,678 in attendance. As the show comes back from a commercial, Luke Devlin is still standing in the ring awaiting his mystery opponent as assigned by Vertigo. The lights go out leaving the entire arena bathed in darkness. Flashbulbs go off accross the arena as the crowd buzzes with anticipation hoping that the mystery opponent won't be a let down.
"Live For the Moment" by Monster Magnet blares through the speakers and the crowd erupts.
"Risen Dragon" Luke Devlin vs Matt Hardy
Matt Hardy makes his debut as a stunned yet excited crowd is on their feet. Devlin is obviously surprised to see Hardy in the MWA but the NMHC Juniorweight Champion was obviously familiar with Hardy's style.
Matt hit first with a picture perfect vertical suplex. Devlin then hit a neck breaker to try and swing momentum towards him. Matt hit a big kick accross Devlin's back but the champ came right back and dropped Matt over his knee with a backbreaker.
Matt played to the crowd, mounting Devlin in the turnbuckle for a a series of punches that the crowd counted along with. Devlin bounced off the ropes for momentum but was caught in a powerslam. Matt hit a side russian legsweep and screamed for Luke to get up.
Devlin did stagger to his feet and was immediately tossed into the corner and placed on the top rope. Matt climbed up and hit the Twist of Fate from the top rope for the victory in his debut match.

El Hijo Del Perra vs "Dastardy" Damien Demento vs Tank
Vertigo made this match to see who he could get rid of to make room for new talent. All three men knew that their jobs were on the line and were willing to put their bodies on the line as a result.
All three beat the hell out out of each other for the first ten minutes of the match. EHDP hit a spin kick to the back of his former tag-team partner. Later, Demento hit a super brainbuster on EHDP. Tank & EHDP teamed up and hit a doubleteam powerbomb on the floor. EHDP locked in El Pulpo on Tank but Demento broke it up.
Demento hit another super brainbuster, this time on Tank. EHDP hit a fallout reverse DDT on Damien as he was distracted by Tank. EHDP hit the green misty frankensteiner on Tank from the top-rope but Demento broke up the pin. Outside the ring Tank locked in a camel clutch on EHDP while Demento talked trash.
Back in the ring and approaching the twenty minute mark, EHDP hit a quick hurricanrana on Tank before he himself go caught in a big backbreaker that sent him rolling out of the ring onto the floor.
Alone with Tank in the ring, Demento reared back and smashed Tank with a huge punch with his bionic hand. Tank's head wobbled as he hit the mat like a ton of bricks, his face covered in his own blood and EHDP's mist. Demento glanced outside the ring and saw EHDP was still down so he covered Tank and saved his job with the three-count.

Battle Royal
The order of entry was determined randomly backstage prior to the start of the match. The first four in the ring were Andrew Moore, Fromunda, "Ganja Man" Matt Pierce and Jericho Black. You can be eliminated by pinfall, submission, KO, or being thrown from the ring.
In the beginning Black hit a backbreaker on Fromunda only to recieve a side suplex from Pierce. The two then worked together delivering a spike piledriver on Moore. 'munda then helped out giving Moore an extra push while Pierce powerbombed him.
But next it was Jericho who knocked Fromunda through the ropes and then to the floor with a dropkick.
"Beautiful" Brooke Sage was next into the ring. She went straight for Jericho locking in a surfboard. Pierce pulled off his triple powerbomb pin on Andrew but only got a two-count. Ganja Man presssed his advantage hitting a tombstone piledriver on him. Brooke then nailed Jericho in the face with a spinning jump kick.
Ganja would not be denied in his attempts to eliminate Moore and knocked him quickly through the ropes and out to the floor.
"The Flame Enforcer" Ryan Kilst made his way out next and mixed it up with Brooke. Ganja by now had Jericho planted on the top-rope and nailed the super pot-plex to get the pin, eliminating the bruiserweight.
Matt Hardy came to the ring fresh off his debut victory against Devlin and looking to make the rematch for the belt. Pierce had Kilst on the apron as Brooke grabbed Hardy upon his entry into the ring. Ganja knocked him to the floor for the elimination.
It's Chris Jericho! Y2J ran down to the ring as the roof virtually exploaded off the Cumberland County Civic Center. The combatants in the ring weren't quite as starstruck. Hardy had Brooke in the corner and was reigning rights down on her while Ganja and Jericho simply watched. Y2J grabbed Pierce and hit a big powerbomb on the Ganja Man. Hardy hit a spin kick on Brooke shortly after. Brooke went for an arm bar but got flipped by Hardy as Pierce hit a back drop suplex on Jericho.
Ganja managed to catch Jericho in a misstep and knocked him through the ropes. Pierce knocked him to the floor making Y2J's debut a brief one.
Down to three the two Matts teamed up on Brooke hitting the Snapshot (or at least it looked like it). Brooke went after her Green Team partner with a surfboard. Hardy lent a hand and the two hit a double facebuster before Hardy hit a series of shoulder blocks on Brooke in the corner.
Pierce pulled him off of Brooke and basically tossed him straight out of the ring and into Jericho. This was now The Ganja Man's FIFTH elimination.
Brooke wasted no time in attacking her buddy once it was one on one. She started with a hurricanrana and then a running DDT.
Now that Pierce was weakened Brooke set him on the top and hit the super armdrag cross armbreaker. Pierce had no choice and tapped out making Brooke the new #1 contender to the NMHC Juniorweight Championship.

"The Liftor" John Curry vs Raven (c)
Raven won the first encounter between these two but this time the title is on the line. Both men utilized their most painful moves since they really don't like each other. Curry hit a backbreaker before Raven went for a shot to the pills. Liftor showed his rage spearing Raven and mounting him for a series of punches. Back on their feet, Curry folded up Raven with a big clothesline. (Or Raven is just demonstrating some mad skills)
The Liftor didn't let up and nailed a DVD before hitting Raven with a DDT of his own.
Curry finished his assault with a super tazplex that Raven couldn't get up from, allowing Curry to get the pinfall and the title.
